BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES Refund Policy
At BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES, we understand that travel plans can change due to various unforeseen circumstances. We strive to be as flexible as possible; however, we also incur pre-booking costs. As such, the following refund policy applies to all our tours and services:
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:
To cancel your booking, you must notify BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES in writing. Depending on when we receive your cancellation notice, the following refund terms apply:
- 45–60 days before the tour start date: You will receive a full refund minus a USD $50.00 administration fee.
- 15–35 days before the tour start date: 27% of the total tour price will be forfeited.
- 5–14 days before the tour start date: 45% of the total tour price will be forfeited.
- Under 5 days before the tour start date and no-shows: No refund will be provided.
Special Conditions:
- The above policy applies unless booking within one month of the tour start date, where the full amount is required and non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment was via bank transfer or WorldRemit to our MPESA number, the refund will be processed accordingly.
- Please allow up to 30 days from the date of cancellation request for the refund to be processed.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Please note that certain costs, such as permit fees, park entrance fees, and any non-recoverable costs paid to third-party vendors, may not be refundable. BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES will endeavor to minimize these costs wherever possible.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations or interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. This can offer an additional layer of financial protection.
Alterations by BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES:
Should BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES need to alter or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative tour option or a full refund.
