Day 1

Your safari starts here, and we’re so excited to be here with you. Meet your guide and ask any questions you may have. Then let’s go out together and go on the safari you’ve been waiting for.

Nairobi could just be East Africa’s most exciting city, thanks to its buzzing nightlife, well-regarded restaurant scene and excellent shopping. And it’s more than just a gateway to the safari parks elsewhere in the country. Nairobi also has stellar wildlife and other attractions that make it worth visiting quite apart from exploring further afield.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Day 2 & 3
You’ll visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy and it’s a unique safari experience. For a start, it’s one of the best places in Kenya to see the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino), and the conservancy’s black rhino population is the largest in the country. You can also visit the world’s last two surviving northern white rhinos as well as the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary which shelters rescued chimps. Other wildlife possibilities include cheetah, hyena, giraffe and zebra, all of which can be seen roaming Ol Pejeta’s savannah grasslands, river ecosystems and light woodlands.

Lake Naivasha
Day 4
Lake Naivasha is the busiest and highest of Kenya’s Rift Valley lakes. The lake has a fascinating history, as a weekend escape for the wealthy during the colonial era. These days, it serves a similar purpose for a refreshingly diverse cross-section of Kenyan society. There is lots to do along the southern shore, and keep an eye out for hippos, zebras and giraffes.

Masai Mara National Reserve
Day 5
Kenya has some incredible wildlife destinations, but the Masai Mara National Reserve may well be the best of them all. This classic East African landscape of savannah grasslands, rolling hills, acacia woodlands and distant escarpments is itself impressive. But it’s also the backdrop to one of the densest concentrations of wildlife on the planet. The Mara is known for its big cats, and this is certainly one of the best places to see lion, leopard and cheetah. You’re almost guaranteed to see elephant, giraffe, buffalo, Thomson’s gazelle, hippo, wildebeest and zebra, while black rhinos are possible in the Mara Triangle. And that’s just the start. The Masai Mara is home to over 500 bird species too.

Day 6 & 7

On Day 6 and Day 7, enjoy exciting wildlife experiences in the Masai Mara National Reserve. On Day 7, continue your adventure with morning and afternoon guided game drives, exploring different safari trails across the reserve in search of diverse wildlife, making the most of your unforgettable Masai Mara safari experience.
